Hmm. As you know (I think), I'm not really that big on threesomes, so, um... I can link you to a really good Bobby/Dean fic, though. (...wow, looking through my mems to find it, I found a John/Dean fic that I mem'd. I am learning things about myself I never knew. O.O) Here we go: In Nomine Patris (http://fleshflutter.livejournal.com/3311.html) by fleshflutter (NC-17). It's been awhile since I've read this, but I remember it being really gorgeous.

Man. I figured some must EXIST, even though I hadn't read any, but I don't see any Dean/Sam/Bobby fic listed here (http://del.icio.us/supernatural_fic). (Of course, while I'd like to think of that list as nice and comprehensive and organized, I did notice while I was there that my name is listed three different ways--sorcula, sorocula, and sororcula--for three different fics, so... LOL.)
