Today is Monday, and it is a school day, and so you may be saying to yourself, "Ah, poor Mary, Mondays are never good," but I had a GOOD DAY today! I'm in a very good mood.
My English class really seems like it's going to be fun. For one thing, the homework was to answer riddles, including this one:
We are a crystal zoo,
Wielders of fortunes,
The top of our professions.
Like hard silver nails
hammered into the dark

The answer is
( a secret )I also had written my self-introduction and ended up NOT saying anything about slash, or even fanfic in general, but I couldn't describe myself without mentioning fandom (which deserves either an, "Aww," or "Wow, that's sad," I'm not quite sure which), so I did mention at the very end that I "participate in fandom online for a couple of TV shows." We mingled for a few minutes, reading each other's introductions, and one person asked me what TV shows, but when I told her she looked pretty blank, so. *sigh* But you never know, there may be a SPN fan in the class yet.
And now, there's spaghetti and tomato sauce on the stove, and I'll be leaving to volunteer in about a half an hour, and all is well. YAY.
ETA: the only bad thing about today is that I either need glasses or to start sitting closer to the front during Bio lecture. *sigh*
