Internet is broken again/still, but I wrote this last night and wanted to post it. There is really nothing better than a space AU, am I right?

Summary: "You have those coordinates set?" Coop asked.

Notes/Warnings: AU. Unbetaed. Possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever written, which is saying something. I meant for this to be slash but... then it wasn't. In my head, the broader story around this is Cooper/Charlie, though.

"You have those coordinates set?" Coop asked, voice rumbling deeply through the small space.

"Yes."

"Checked 'em twice?"

"I didn't need to," Charlie huffed.

Coop shot him a glance. "You remember the time--"

"I checked them."

Coop nodded. That was all he needed. He checked his doors, sensors, peered out the window. He pulled up slowly, hovering in place over their dock for a moment before taking off. As he watched the screen in front of him, Charlie's numbers filling it with directions for him, he grinned, adrenaline already kicking in.

"Alright, Professor," he said. "Let's catch us a fugitive."

Hee!! I would love to write more, but I'm worried I may have completely exhausted my ability to make shit up about space travel in THIS one. Hahahaha. But, uh, I DID catch myself trying to figure out what the other characters would be doing in this world, so... (e.g. Is COLBY their fugitive, on the run after being wrongly accused of spying???)
